Delivery & Returns
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: We offer FREE UPS Standard Delivery on eligible orders of $99 or more excluding applicable sales taxes. Some of our products are excluded due to their size and weight. UPS Expedited and UPS 3-Day Select delivery is available on select items. Shipping options and costs are provided at checkout.
Q: After I place an order, how long will it take to ship?
A: We make every effort to ship orders the next business day after they are received. If for any reason your delivery has been delayed we will get in touch with you by email to let you know the expected ship date. If you require a precise estimate of delivery timing please get in touch with us and we can provide that to you.
Q: Which carriers are used for delivery?
A: The majority of our deliveries are completed via UPS using a Standard Ground service level (typically in 3 to 5 business days).
For select regions we may elect to use alternate carriers such as Canada Post or Purolator.
Regardless of the service provider used, we will always endeavour to provide you with prompt updates by email on the status of your delivery including tracking details.
Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: We currently ship orders from our warehouse in Gibsons, British Columbia.
Q: Will I be charged import duties on my order?
A: No. All United States bound shipments are sent Delivery Duty Paid. Clearway Supply is responsible for any import duties that may apply to your order. We endeavour to make your experience shopping with us simple and seamless as possible.
Q: What happens if the courier loses my order?
A: We guarantee that you will receive your order. If for any reason you don’t, we will either ship you a replacement or refund your money. Just drop us an email at info@clearwaysupply.com and we will sort it out for you.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: We make it easy! Simply send us an email at info@clearwaysupply.com and we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label.
