slippery in the winter. After installing these stair treads, the grip they provided was beyond my expectations, and I felt much better about my tenant having safe access to the apartment.\n\nThere were a couple of things that I was worried about when purchasing the stair treads:\n\n1) Would the stair treads even make a difference? - The answer was yes. Due to a lack of sunlight exposure, the stairs began to get slick in the fall due to algae growth, so I decided to install them sooner than planned. After installing these stair treads, the grip they provided was beyond my expectations, and I felt much better about my tenant having safe access to the apartment.\n\nThere were a couple of things that I was worried about when purchasing the stair treads:\n\n1) Would the stair treads even make a difference? - The answer was yes.
